Bề bề hấp bia


Nhắc đến bề bề thì không thể không nói đến món bề bề hấp bia. Đây có thể nói là món ngon nhất để chế biến bề bề.



– Bề bề: 500g.

– Bia: 1/2 lon.

– Gừng: 1 miếng to.

– Sả: 2 củ.


Bề bề mua về rửa thật sạch nhiều lần bằng nước lạnh. Bạn nên chọn bề bề còn sống nhé.


Gừng bạn cạo vỏ thái chỉ. Sả bạn bóc vỏ ngoài, rửa sạch, dùng cán dao đập dập.


Cho bề bề rồi thêm gừng, sả và đổ bia vào.


Bạn đun sôi tầm 10 phút là bề bề chín. Cho bề bề ra đĩa. Khi ăn dùng kéo cắt 2 bên cạnh là lấy được thịt. Bạn chấm bề bề với chanh, muối, ớt là ngon nhất.


Vậy là bạn đã hoàn thành món bề bề hấp bia rồi.
