Cách làm gà hầm bí đỏ cho bé yêu


Trẻ con ăn bằng mắt, các mẹ hãy thử làm một món ăn sáng tạo cho bé nhà mình nhé – Gà hầm bí đỏ thơm ngon, bổ dưỡng cho bé yêu!


Nguyên liệu

  • – Bí đỏ (bí ngô) non: 1 quả
  • – Đùi gà: 1 cái
  • –  Đậu trắng (hoặc đậu Hà Lan): 100gr
  • – Tỏi, gừng, hành tím
  • – Gia vị: muối, đường, tiêu, xì dầu, dầu mè

Cách làm gà hầm bí đỏ

  • – Đầu tiên cần tạo hình cho bí đỏ (như hình vẽ), bỏ hạt. Gà rửa sạch, thái miếng, để cùng  đậu trắng (nếu muốn nhanh bạn có thể luộc qua thịt gà và đậu trắng)


  • Ướp thịt gà với muối, đường, tiêu, xì dầu và dầu mè và chờ khoảng 30 – 60 phút cho ngấm, sau đó đổ hỗn hợp vào bí đỏ, thêm tỏi (đã bóc vỏ) và gừng thái sợi lên bề mặt. Sau đó đem hầm hoặc hấp hơi cho đến khi chín.
