Cơm cá hồi bơ Nhật Bản là món ăn ngon kết hợp giữa cá hồi với bơ trái tươi. Tất cả các nguyên liệu hòa trộn với nhau đem tới một món ăn bổ dưỡng, mới lạ và độc đáo. NGUYÊN LIỆU

  • Gạo sushi: 300g
  • Phi lê cá hồi không da: 350g
  • Quả bơ: 200g
  • Nước cốt 1 quả chanh
  • Nước sốt đậu nành: 4 muỗng cà phê
  • Hạt mè nướng: 4 muỗng cà phê
  • Hành tây: 2 củ
  • Ớt đỏ: 1 trái
  • Nhúm nhỏ lá rau mùi

HƯỚNG DẪN

Hướng dẫn:

Bước 1: Bơ lột vỏ, bỏ hạt, thái lát mỏng. Hành tây bỏ vỏ, thái miếng. Rau mùi thái khúc vừa, ớt đổ bỏ hạt, thái lát mỏng.

Bước 2: Rửa sạch gạo trong một cái sàng cho đến khi nước vo gạo trong. Để ráo nước rồi đỏ vào trong một nồi lớn với 400 ml nước. Đun sôi, hạ nhiệt độ xuống thấp, đậy nắp kín, sau đó nấu 10 – 12 phút cho đến khi gạo được nấu chín. Tắt bếp, vẫn đậy kín nắp và để nồi trên bếp thêm 10 phút để cơm chín mềm.

Bước 3: Xắt lát cá hồi và sắp xếp trên một đĩa chung với bơ thái lát. Vắt nước chanh và nước sốt đậu nành lên trên cá, xoa đều để đảm bảo các nguyên liệu thấm và bao phủ mặt cá. Để cá vào trong tủ lạnh ướp trong 10 phút.

Bước 4: Sau khi ướp cá xong, bạn chiết phần nước ướp từ cá hồi đó để trộn đều vào với cơm cùng một chút xíu muối. Chia cơm vào bốn chén nhỏ, rắc mè rang, hành lá, ớt và rau mùi lên trên, rồi xếp cá hồi và bơ vào. Món cơm cá hồi bơ Nhật Bản đã hoàn thành. Bạn và gia đình cùng thưởng thức nhé!
