  • 12 tờ rong biển, cắt đôi (Bạn có thể mua loại rong biển này tại siêu thị)
  • 400 gram cơm sushi.
  • 200 gram trứng cua.
  • 150 gram quả bơ (khoảng 2 quả)
  • 1 quả dưa chuột (100 gram)
  • 300 gram thịt cua tươi.
  • Sốt siracha (tùy thích)
  • Sốt mayonnaise, wasabi
  • Mè trắng rang vàng.

Cách làm sushi temaki như sau:
1/Sơ chế:

  • Rửa sạch dưa chuột, xắt thành dạng sợi to.
  • Cho sốt mayonnaise với wasabi theo tỷ lệ 4 – 1 vào chén và đánh đều lên.
  • Thịt cua hấp chín.
  • Bơ lột vỏ, bỏ hột và xắt thành miếng mỏng.

2/Chế biến:

  • Bước 1: Lấy 1 nắm cơm sushi, đặt chéo lên 1 góc rong biển. Rắc vừng lên.
  • Bước 2: Quét một lớp trứng cua lên trên cơm.
  • Bước 3: Đặt thịt cua và bơ vào.
  • Bước 4: Quét hỗn hợp sốt mayonnaise và sốt siracha vào miếng sushi
  • Bước 5: Cuộn chéo miếng rong biển theo hình miếng cơm mà chúng ta đã tạo hình ban đầu. Cuộn tới khúc cuối, cho vài hạt cơm vào để tạo kết dính rồi cuộn chắc tay đến cuối.

Món sushi temaki độc đáo đã hoàn thiện. Bạn sẽ trông thấy nó rất giống một bó hoa nhiều màu sắc được làm từ thực phẩm tươi ngon, đúng phong cách ẩm thực của người Nhật.
